Sony Confirms A Slew Of Sequels

ghostbusters
During their presentation at ShoWest Sony president Rory Bruer anounced that for their 2010 and 2011 lineup that sequels for Men in Black, Ghosbusters, and Spiderman were among the projects being developed. To be quite honest I could care less about Men in Black and I’m lukewarm on Spiderman after the debacle that was Spidey 3, but I’m retarded excited for a new Ghostbusters movie. Harold Ramis confirmed earlier in the week that a script was being worked on for the GB sequel, and that the original cast was interested in being involved. Now we have Sony’s confirmation that it’s on the slate for 2010-11. I’m a happy fanboy.

I would love another GB if the original casts comes back and if Shia LaBeouf isn’t someone’s son. I agree on the other two, MIB was fun, the sequel was “eh.” Could care less about a third. I want to like Spidey (I grew up on him!) but the 3rd was laughably bad. although #2 was in my opinion the better of the three. #4 can wait for the next generation.
