That’s right DC Comic geeks the superhero that most of us could care less about has just set up a 150 million dollar production deal in Sydney, Austrailia. Martin Campbell (Beyond Borders, Casino Royale) will direct with Chris Pine (Star Trek, Smokin’Aces) rumored to star in the titular role. I can think of at least 10 other DC comics I’d rather see turned into films before this. Does anyone else think this joke will have a hard time making back it’s budget?
